Water Willow Realty Celebrates One Year of Growth and Vision
Rezul News/10701664
Central Florida's boutique brokerage marks its first anniversary with a focus on sustainability, intentional growth, and community impact.
KISSIMMEE, Fla. - Rezul -- Water Willow Realty marks a meaningful milestone: its one-year anniversary since officially opening its doors. Founded by Kayla Dixon, a passionate real estate broker with a deep love for gardening and community, the brokerage was created to reflect her core belief that home—and business—should be built with care, patience, and harmony.
What began with a single listing and a vision has grown into a boutique brokerage rooted in integrity, sustainability, and authentic connection.
"I've always believed in planting seeds and giving them time to grow," said Dixon. "That belief has shaped not just my slogan—Planting Dreams, Cultivating Harmony—but the way I approach real estate, business, and life."
The brokerage's very first closing, which took months from listing to funding, is a perfect example. "Everyone involved benefited—the seller avoided foreclosure, the buyer got a great property, the title company did their job well, and I received my first commission under my company. That's cultivating harmony," Dixon explains. "It's about more than just transactions. It's about growth that makes sense for everyone involved."

Over the past year, Water Willow Realty has launched a cohesive website, invested in quality branding, updated its commission structure to better support agents, and is currently in the final stages of trademarking its name, with plans to trademark its slogan next. These steps reflect Dixon's commitment to long-term growth and professionalism—rare among small, independently owned brokerages.
"In a world where everything moves so fast, I'm proud to say I've taken the scenic route. Every detail has been deliberate, from the color palette to the partnerships I pursue. This is a brand built to last."
Water Willow Realty serves the Central Florida area and is currently focused on organic growth, community-centered initiatives, and supporting eco-conscious homebuyers and sellers.
As for what's next?
"I don't know where all the branches of Water Willow will reach just yet," says Dixon, "but I know the roots are strong."
