Larry Savvides Named As New Chief Operating Officer & General Manager For Hunters Run Country Club

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. - Rezul -- Hunters Run Country Club announced that Larry Savvides, CCM, CCE, CAM has joined the Club as its new Chief Operating Officer, General Manager.  In his new position, Savvides will oversee all Club activities and day-to-day operations of this exclusive, 990-acre gated private country club community with 3 golf courses and 1649 residences.  Hunters Run is in Boynton Beach, FL less than 10 miles from downtown Delray Beach.

No stranger to country clubs, Larry spent the past 30 years in club management most recently overseeing several multimillion-dollar improvements at Mizner Country Club, Delray Beach, FL. Other experience includes Woodfield Country Club, in Boca Raton, FL, an exclusive mandatory membership community, where he developed training programs and standard operating procedures to elevate the membership experience. He has also served as General Manager, Chief Operating Officer of the prestigious Alpine Country Club in Demarest, NJ, where he led a complete renovation of all their facilities, golf course restoration (to the original A.W. Tillinghast design), a newly designed Clubhouse, and a renovation and expansion of their Golf house- Clubhouse annex.

Expressing his excitement at taking the Club's helm, Savvides explained that his priorities include daily engagement spending time with the membership, the Board and management team, and assessing all existing amenities and services to develop plans to position Hunters Run for the future. "As I take over from an accomplished GM, I look forward to carrying the torch forward.
