Combined, JDM Properties has five years of real estate experience. They were previously part of a large team, then left and founded JDM Properties and brought their talents to ERA Wilder. JDM prides themselves on their knowledge of and connection with Charleston. Relocation is one of this team's specialties with satisfied clients from all over the nation.

Before becoming a realtor, Joel worked in Luxury Golf Management which has only given him a leg up in the real estate industry; client experience being one of his greatest skills. Mathis also grew up in a real estate family, yet another plus. DiFrancesco was a teacher before joining the industry. She uses her teaching skills to really help and inform her clients on the buying/selling process; making sure they have a true understanding of what's going on.
