Independent West Texas Metal Multi-Instrumentalist & Producer. "MAD CHAD™" Russell Surpasses 1.9 Million Project Interactions Via DFGS Productions

LUBBOCK, Texas - Rezul -- LUBBOCK, TX — Music registries confirmed a milestone for West Texas metal multi-instrumentalist, producer, and Berklee Songwriter Chad "MAD CHAD" Russell.

Via Don't Fret Guitar Studio (DFGS) Inc.™, Chad Michael Russell hit a digital footprint of 1,931,603 project interactions and 25,747 global Shazam discoveries. These numbers position Russell at the forefront of independent music production and technical metal within the 806 area code and Texas.

A Decentralized Powerhouse in the 806
While Lubbock music histories lean on country, MAD CHAD® has built a self-contained, globally distributed commercial music ecosystem.
Holding a Classical Guitar Degree from Texas Tech and a Master's from Berklee College of Music, Russell translates academic theory into high-velocity technical metal shred. Operating with studio autonomy, Russell tracks his own multi-guitar layers, bass, vocal harmonies, and technical drumming—using advanced ankle oscillation to sustain 32nd-note blast beats as a solo rhythm section.

National Television Sync & Corporate Credits
Bypassing labels to retain 100% independent ownership of master rights, Russell's catalog is handled through specialized publishing wings: Chad's Rockin Publishing™ and Ammo Box Productions™. His audio sync beds are natively cleared and broadcast worldwide across premier networks, including:

• NASCAR Productions: High-energy racing sequences and promo packages.
• Discovery Communications: Placements on Discovery Channel, TLC, and Animal Planet.
• MTV Networks: Placements including The Real World and The Challenge.
• NBCUniversal: Background master tracks for Total Divas and Total Bellas.
• MAVTV / Others: Docuseries like GearHeads, plus OWN, History, and Nat Geo.

The Chuck Alkazian & Pearl Sound Pipeline
A core pillar of Russell's footprint is his production alignment with Grammy-winning producer Chuck Alkazian [madchad.com]. Recording at Detroit's Pearl Sound Studios—famous for tracking Soundgarden, Pop Evil, and Eminem—Russell has tracked four independent records, including work with hard rock entity Texas 223™. He maintains a strict "one-take to two-take" tracking standard.
