The Problem

Current global bio-spicule products use hot-process emulsification at 70°C–90°C. At these temperatures, premium biological actives are permanently destroyed before leaving the factory. The Solution: The OPP Method

Developed by cosmetic scientist Satish Kumar Ravipati, the OPP Method operates entirely at ambient temperature with zero external heat. It is the first commercially viable process for co-formulating intact bio-spicules and heat-sensitive biological actives together in a single finished product.
