DECATUR, Ga. - Rezul -- As DeKalb County voters prepare to cast their ballots in the District 3 runoff election on Tuesday, June 16, Commissioner Nicole Massiah continues to build momentum with an unprecedented coalition of respected faith leaders from across DeKalb County and metro Atlanta rallying behind her candidacy.
