HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - Rezul -- Driven Capital Partners, a California based real estate private equity firm, has completed the acquisition of two Class A medical office properties in Huntsville, AL, the fastest growing city in the state. The properties total 28,925 square feet and feature prominent local and regional medical tenants. Both properties are in premium "A" locations in the immediate path of progress and are well positioned to capitalize on Huntsville's impressive growth trajectory.
