Drake Ready Mix hires David Berberich as sales manager

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Rezul -- Drake Ready Mix has hired David Berberich as its new sales manager.

In this role, Berberich will leverage his extensive sales and technical expertise to help deliver reliable, high-performance concrete solutions for customers throughout the region. He brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the concrete industry.

Prior to joining the Drake Ready Mix team, Berberich began his career in lawn care before transitioning to the ready-mix industry, where he advanced through nearly every role including driver, plant mechanic, batchman, dispatcher, technician and eventually operations manager. As operations manager, he oversaw more than 100 employees across eight plants. Along the way, he gained extensive technical knowledge while working for Vulcan Materials and Sika.

Berberich is an NRMCA Certified Concrete Technologist Level 3, is certified in Ultra High-Performance Concrete and maintains multiple state DOT certifications. His experience spans some of the industry's most demanding projects, including interstate paving, high-rise construction in New York City, large wastewater treatment facilities and major rail and water tunnels.
