DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Rezul -- ICI Homes, a Florida-based custom homebuilder and one of the nation's most esteemed builders, proudly announces the promotion of Nina Lockett to Vice President – Customer Experience & Company Excellence.
In this newly created role, Lockett supports ICI Homes' focus on customer engagement and efforts to elevate company standards. She works with all company departments to strengthen the culture of collaboration and excellence, ensuring ICI Homes delivers the quality, service, and value for which it is known.

Lockett joined ICI Homes in 2017 as a real estate analyst and was later promoted to Director of Customer Care. Most recently, she served as Corporate Director of Customer Care and Amenity Development.
Lockett is a graduate of the University of Florida, where she earned a master's degree in real estate and a bachelor's degree in business administration with a specialization in finance.
Lockett supports many initiatives that enhance the quality of life and economic vitality of her community. She serves as a board member for the Halifax Health Foundation and the Daytona State College Foundation. Lockett also supports the FBH Community and its VCAN initiative, dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty and fostering self-sufficiency for individuals and families in Volusia and Flagler counties.
