Community Cooperative's 19th Annual 'Mad About Hunger' fundraising event raises $162,000

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Rezul -- Over 300 people came together on Sept. 25 to fight hunger, raising $162,000 at Community Cooperative's 19^th annual Becoming Cosmopolitan: Mad About Hunger event at The Ranch Concert Hall & Saloon in Fort Myers.

The Mad Hatter-themed event brought the community together for an unforgettable evening filled with whimsical cocktails, a topsy-turvy tea party and treats and an imaginative silent auction, all in support of a local cause.

"This event would not have been possible without our sponsors, donors and all of our community supporters who helped make this a success" said Stefanie Ink Edwards, CEO of Community Cooperative.
