FORT MYERS, Fla. - Rezul -- Over 300 people came together on Sept. 25 to fight hunger, raising $162,000 at Community Cooperative's 19th annual Becoming Cosmopolitan: Mad About Hunger event at The Ranch Concert Hall & Saloon in Fort Myers.

The Mad Hatter-themed event brought the community together for an unforgettable evening filled with whimsical cocktails, a topsy-turvy tea party and treats and an imaginative silent auction, all in support of a local cause.

"This event would not have been possible without our sponsors, donors and all of our community supporters who helped make this a success" said Stefanie Ink Edwards, CEO of Community Cooperative. "As the need for our services continues to grow each year, events like this are vital to our mission. With your support, we can take real steps toward ending hunger in Southwest Florida."
