Affordable Single-Family Homes Nears Sellout as Gwinnett's FORKVIEW Final Six Hit the Market
Rezul News/10717116
Sovereign Realty + Management and Gwinnett Housing Corporation celebrate the near sellout of FORKVIEW's affordable homes for working families.
ATLANTA - Rezul -- Sovereign Realty + Management (SRM) (https://www.sovereignrm.com/property-management/), a recognized leader in Atlanta's real estate market, announced today that only six single-family homes remain in FORKVIEW, a workforce housing community developed with Gwinnett County and builder Richport Properties.
This milestone marks the near completion of a multi-year effort to expand access to affordable homeownership in Gwinnett County. "Forkview stands as proof that public-private partnerships can deliver real solutions for working families in Gwinnett," said Lejla Prljaca, CEO of Gwinnett Housing Corporation.
"We're proud to have helped make homeownership possible for more residents, and we look forward to building on this momentum with our next affordable housing initiatives. Every family that moves in brings us closer to a stronger, more inclusive Gwinnett County."

Since its launch, FORKVIEW has provided families with high-quality, affordable housing and is recognized as a leading example of public-private collaboration in residential development.
"It's been incredibly rewarding to watch FORKVIEW grow into a place where working families can put down roots and build futures. These last six homes are more than just houses; they're the final chapter in a story that's brought affordable homeownership within reach for so many in Gwinnett. We're proud of what our partnership has accomplished and excited to welcome the final families home," said Karen Hatcher, CEO of Sovereign Realty and Management.
Each remaining property features three bedrooms, two to two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage, constructed by Richport Properties to exacting standards. The homes are designed for local working families, blending quality, comfort, and accessibility.
Interested buyers are encouraged to contact Sovereign Realty and Management, join the interest list, and complete an application to secure one of the final residences.

Once these homes are sold, development shifts to Gwinnett Housing's Welcome Home Program, which focuses on increasing access to affordable townhomes for area residents. The program provides pathways to homeownership and housing stability for individuals and families throughout Gwinnett County.
Sovereign Realty and Management continues to offer presentations for employers and organizations interested in workforce housing. Employers can schedule a session to learn more and discover how to support employees in accessing stable, affordable housing.
