FORT MYERS, Fla. - Rezul -- Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Property Southwest Florida (CPSWFL) announces the appointment of Jamie Kishel as Chief Operating Officer. Kishel, a veteran commercial real estate executive with more than 20 years of national and global leadership experience at Cushman & Wakefield, will play a key role in advancing CPSWFL's next phase of growth.
Kishel joins CPSWFL from Strix Advisors, a commercial real estate advisory firm he co-founded with seasoned industry leaders. Before that, Kishel spent 23 years at Cushman & Wakefield, holding senior roles including Senior Vice President of Americas Operations. During his tenure, Kishel built a reputation for driving innovation, launching new service offerings, and improving internal efficiencies. Notably, while leading operations for Cushman & Wakefield's industrial platform, industrial revenue grew more than 400%.
As COO, Kishel will oversee operations across CPSWFL's core service lines, including brokerage, property management, development services, and facility services. He will focus on expanding talent, strengthening operational support, and enabling the firm's brokers to dedicate their time fully to clients and transactions.
