Columbia: Steering Committee to create strategic plan focused on homelessness

(COLUMBIA, MO) ~ Columbia, MO - A new Steering Committee has been formed to tackle the issue of homelessness in Columbia. The committee's main goal is to create a Strategic Plan that will outline actionable steps to address this pressing issue.
