Columbia: City to hold public meeting on Highlands Parkway traffic calming project June 18

(COLUMBIA, MO) ~ A recent traffic study conducted on Highlands Parkway in Columbia, MO has revealed that vehicle speeds on the road are higher than desired. In response to this issue, the City of Columbia Public Works department has announced an upcoming open house meeting to discuss a potential traffic calming project for the area.
The meeting will take place on Thursday, June 18 from 6-7 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints gymnasium located at 4708 Highlands Parkway. City engineering staff will be present at the meeting to provide information and answer any questions from the public. Attendees will also have access to diagrams and other project materials for review.

This information will also be available for review at the open house meeting.
