Colliers International wins two FGCAR Pinnacle Awards

TAMPA, Fla. - Rezul -- Two commercial real estate professionals with Colliers International won Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR) Pinnacle Awards, FGCAR announced on Thursday, March 26.

Each year, the Pinnacle Awards honor FGCAR members for top deals and top production at national and regional levels.

Two Tampa Bay area Colliers International professionals were named top producers, based on their 2019 production volume:

·       Tom Chamblee, Director of Retail and Land Services, was named the No. 2 top producer in the national retail brokerage category.

·       Paula Clair Smith, CCIM, Managing Director of Commercial Services, was named the No. 3 top producer in the national retail brokerage category.

Chamblee's 2019 retail production volume included a 34-acre land sale on State Road 52 in Land O' Lakes, zoned for 100,000 square feet of retail development. His work also included representing Krystal on numerous lease assignments for the company's vacant restaurants in Florida.

Smith's 2019 retail production included representing the tenant for a high-end salon in downtown St. Petersburg, disposition of a vacated Burger King in Largo, and working with nonprofits, such as with SPCA Tampa Bay on a new location in Palm Harbor.

FGCAR provides networking and educational opportunities, among other benefits, to its Gulf Coast-based members. The organization holds its members to the highest standards of conduct and ethics within commercial real estate.
