CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Lead Forward™, a Charlotte-area leadership and organizational development business founded by turnaround specialist Rustie, will participate as a vendor at the 2026 _preneur Conference, hosted by Money Magnets Club, on Saturday, November 21, 2026, at Johnson C. Smith University.

Lead Forward™ works with organizations facing challenges involving leadership, retention, workplace culture, communication and performance.
