~ The City of Bloomington's Common Council is seeking dedicated individuals to serve on the Jack Hopkins Social Services Committee in 2026. Since its establishment in 1993, the Jack Hopkins Social Services Fund has distributed nearly $7 million to organizations providing essential services to Bloomington residents. In 2026, the Committee will have a budget of $500,000 to allocate towards these vital services.
