Atter replace Don Cline, who will return to sales as a Broker Associate in the Beaches office.

Atter's career began in politics and law, where she specialized in family law, personal injury, property title insurance and tax law. She became the Director of Legal Operations for a national tax firm and her strategic leadership helped to propel the practice to earn fastest-growing company honors in Northeast Florida.

After transitioning into a real estate career, Atter quickly achieved success as a top producer and listing agent in residential and commercial transactions. Her legal knowledge combined with her understanding of real estate enhances her ability to manage challenging contracts. A trusted adviser, Atter has a talent for coaching and mentoring, helping others achieve their goals.

A Jacksonville native, Atter earned a bachelor's degree at Florida State University and a law degree at Florida State University College of Law.
