Tomball Economic Development Corporation inks lease renewal for Ameresco Solar-Solutions

HOUSTON - Rezul -- Colliers is pleased to announce Tomball Economic Development Corporation's (TEDC) successful lease renewal of the space located at South Live Oak Business Park in Tomball, Texas, with tenant Amereso Solar-Solutions. The lease negotiation was handled by Tom Condon Jr and John Grimsley of Colliers.
South Live Oak Business Park spans approximately 41,080 square feet and consists of two buildings on 6.2 acres located just off Main Street in downtown Tomball.
"The Tomball EDC actively worked with Ameresco to attract them to Tomball and South Live Oak Business Park. Renewing the lease provides stability for the park as we continue to research the most advantageous use of the downtown business park," said Kelly Violette, Executive Director of TEDC.
