"Thee I Love" – A Powerful HBCU-Inspired Record Released By VanDyke Entertainment
Rezul News/10733446
ATLANTA - Rezul -- A bold new sound rooted in tradition, pride, and culture has arrived. "Thee I Love", released by VanDyke Entertainment, is now available for free download through May 22, ahead of its official release across all major digital platforms the same day.
Written by Steven A. VanDyke, a 1995 graduate of Jackson State University, the song is a deeply personal and culturally rich tribute inspired by his time on campus. Built from real experiences, "Thee I Love" captures the heartbeat of the HBCU experience in a way that feels both authentic and electrifying.
Driven by a dynamic drumline cadence, the record immerses listeners in the energy of a live campus event—where rhythm, unity, and pride come alive. From the first beat, the song creates the feeling of standing in the middle of a packed stadium or campus gathering, surrounded by tradition, excellence, and celebration.
"This song came from a real place," says VanDyke. "It reflects what I experienced at Jackson State—what we all experienced. As I speak with classmates and friends, we all share that same sense of pride and connection. That feeling never leaves you."

While early listeners have embraced the track as an anthem, VanDyke remains grounded in his perspective. "I won't officially call it a Jackson State anthem," he adds, "but I believe it has the spirit and the energy to become one."
"Thee I Love" stands as more than just a song—it's a sonic experience that bridges generations, honoring the legacy of the past while energizing the present. It speaks to students, alumni, and supporters who understand that the HBCU journey is not just a chapter—it's a lifelong identity.
Free downloads are available now through May 22, after which "Thee I Love" will be released on all major streaming platforms worldwide.
