We are currently in the process of updating our brokerage's documents in order to reflect changes to the brokerage's status as an LLC, as well as new systems and processes that have been implemented since the last time these documents were revised. Updated documents will be posted to our website, as well as being pushed out directly to our agents when they are ready.

New Agents:

Alfredo (Freddy) Ruiz Jr. has jumped onboard with Sundance Realty LLC, because he liked Simplicity of the pay structure was exactly what he was looking for, and a "neighborhood brokerage" type of feeling. He has a lot of background in graphic design, short videos, and marketing. He loves Salem, born and raised in this great city. Keizer is great, as well as west Salem. He has helped purchase homes around the area though, Oregon City to Lebanon and Mill City to Molalla. Travel is not (usually) a problem. But Salem will always be his favorite.
