PHILADELPHIA - Rezul -- W.J. Castle & Associates presented "Integration of New Technologies Enhances Underwater Inspection" (1 PDH) for the Army Corps of Engineers Philadelphia District in July 2019.  W.J. Castle & Associates presented the benefits of scanning sonar imaging concerning underwater inspections.

Standard underwater inspection and scanning sonar inspection were clearly defined, highlighting the key components of each. Comparisons between the two types of inspections addressed included; methodology of inspection, inspection requirements, challenges encountered, and final outputs.
