THE FRAUD THEY NEVER SAW: Fidelity, BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street Missed An Eight Year Collapse Hidden in Plain Sight
Rezul News/10745741
ANAB's (American National Accreditation Board) Underwriter Fraud On DOS Contract 19AQMM18R0131 Contaminated Every Internationally Equivalent MRA/MLA Accreditation Body, Leaving Four Of America's Largest Investment Firms Funneling Billions From Pension, Police,Fire, Municipal, And Global Funds Into Companies Operating Inside Fraudulent Manufacturing Environments — Worldwide And Still Are ---ONLY State Street Responded And Opened A Case.
NEW YORK - Rezul -- Daryl Guberman: The Letter That Shook Wall Street
BLACKROCK -Larry Fink-CEO
STATE STREET- Ron O'Hanley-CEO
VANGUARD- Salim Ramji-CEO
FIDELITY- Abigail Johnson-CEO
"When everyone is running the machine and it's all working, there's a tendency to look at the short term." — Abigail Johnson.
When evidence of eight years of fraudulent accreditation hit the desks of America's largest investment firms, four names stood at the center of the silence: Fidelity, BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street. On March 19, 2026, I notified all four that billions in investments from 2018 to the present were built on manufacturing environments compromised by violations tied directly to DOS contract 19AQMM18R0131, where ANSI‑ANAB was listed as an underwriter despite perpetrating a documented accreditation FRAUD.
State Street replied at 6:20 AM on April 15, 2026: "A case has been opened, Mr. Guberman."
Fidelity, BlackRock, and Vanguard remained silent.
And Abigail Johnson's own words now echo through that silence:
"When everyone is running the machine and it's all working, there's a tendency to look at the short term."
That is exactly what happened. These firms chased short‑term profit instead of long‑term stability. From September 4, 2018 to the present, Fidelity, BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street poured pension money, police and fire retirement funds, municipal assets, and global institutional capital into companies operating inside fraudulent environments — without conducting any real background investigation into the manufacturing conditions behind those investments. They saw returns. They saw movement. They saw the machine running. But they never looked beneath it. Nobody knew about the contamination of the entire accreditation system —EXCEPT: DARYL GUBERMAN, who did more investigative work than the analysts inside all four firms combined.

In March 2014, the Vice President of ANAB — also Chairman of the International Accreditation Forum incorporated in Delaware — wrote to me explaining that all MRA (Multi‑Regional Agreement) and MLA (Multilateral Agreement) accreditation bodies worldwide are equivalent to ANAB. Their mantra was absolute: "Certified once, accepted everywhere." When ANAB committed fraud as an underwriter on the DOS contract, every internationally equivalent accreditation body became contaminated. From September 4, 2018 to the present, products across aerospace, automotive, medical, defense, and critical infrastructure were built inside fraudulent environments, and the investment firms never knew, the businesses manufacturing products never knew. The registrars with the logo of ANAB or their MRA-MLA international equivalents never knew. ANSI-ANAB never knew accept for the person or persons who gave the DOS the term underwriter to use on contract 19AQMM18R0131
Fidelity, BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street absorbed billions from pension funds, police and fire retirement systems, municipal portfolios, and global institutional investors — all while unknowingly placing that money into companies manufacturing inside fraudulent environments. This is not a domestic failure. This is a worldwide fiduciary breach, and the silence of these four giants is now part of the historical record. I have offered my expertise to all four investment firms because they can not waive a magic over 8 years of their investments into FRAUD.
