When asked what caused her to consider a brokerage switch, Joanne replied: "I hit a ceiling of achievement at my previous company.  I want to expand my sales team beyond the Georgia borders easily and quickly. Being out of production, I focus on training, coaching and mentoring those in my organization. Therefore, I also wanted to be able to grow a network of agents around the world that can learn from and with each other, mentor them, and see them explode their business. The eXp platform allows me to run both a sales team AND a network effortlessly. I'm able to mentor others, help them grow their teams while also expanding my reach via podcasts, instagram, youtube and other outlets without the limits. The concept of "team" is changing and I want to be at the forefront of it. eXp's technology assists in that. Joanne and her team members specialize in providing services to buyers and sellers in the Atlanta Metro area.  She carries a Certified Luxury Home Specialist designation. One of Joanne's associates, John Hawn is an Eco Broker as well as a Probate and Estate Specialist.  Another, Alex Molinet is a fluent spanish speaker.
