ASP Announces Five High Score Awards For 2026 Best support Websites

Al Hahn, Executive Director of the Association of Support Professionals (ASP), announced five high scoring websites for 2026. The top scoring websites are, in alphabetical order:

Dell Technologies

NetApp

Nutanix

Red Hat

Smarsh

Hahn noted: "Average scores for the top websites have been increasing over the past few years. This year we saw our highest-ever score from Red Hat with an average of 895 points (out of 1,000). While this is a great accomplishment, we should not forget that many companies benefit from the site reports that they receive from us to help them improve support websites. It is not uncommon to start out in the bottom ranks and rise to award-winning over several years."

ASP has held this competition for over 20 years. It has changed in that time to keep pace with user expectations and ever-evolving technology such as Artificial Intelligence. Every site entered is evaluated by five independent judges. Each site receives a confidential report detailing their average scores in 22 different areas of their site. Judges' comments and recommendations are also included. Two reports will be published regarding this year's competition in about eight weeks. One covers trends noted, along with information about the sites from their entries. The other covers benchmarks of performance in the 22 areas scored by judges. These reports are free to ASP members and can be purchased by non-members. For more information or to join, email ahahn@asponline.com or go to www.asponline.com.
