Tacoma: Homicide Investigation – 6900 Block of East D Street

At approximately 3:04 a.m., Tacoma Police officers responded to the 6900 block of East D Street for several reports of gunshots in the area.
Upon arrival, officers located an adult male with apparent gunshot wounds. Officers immediately began lifesaving measures; however, the male was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Detectives and Crime Scene Technicians are actively investigating this incident as a homicide. There are no suspects in custody at this time.
Anyone with information related to this case is asked to call 911.
