SurFox AI Launches Voice AI to Answer Lead Calls, Qualify Callers, and Book Appointments

MIAMI - Rezul -- SurFox AI (getsurfox.com), the AI platform that texts, chats with, and calls inbound leads, launched Voice AI on September 24. SurFox AI now answers inbound lead calls, qualifies the caller, handles objections, and books the appointment while the caller is still on the line. Voice AI joins SurFox AI's SMS and website chat, so a business can respond to a new lead by text, chat, or phone from one platform.

The launch comes as AI assistants start contacting businesses on their users' behalf. Google's AI already calls local businesses to check pricing and availability, and in May 2026 Google expanded that calling to home repair, beauty, pet care, and auto repair. Meta has also begun testing assistant-placed calls to businesses. For a business, a missed call can now mean a lost booking, because an assistant working through a list has little reason to wait for a callback.
