Robert Arthur was located early this morning  in Madison County. Thank you to all that assisted in the search.

The Springfield Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating missing person Ronald Arthur. Arthur was last seen on May 18, 2021 at 3:00 p.m., leaving his residence at 2757 E. McDaniel in a white 2015 Subaru outback bearing MO, 2KBK59 tags.

Vehicle has black trim and black luggage rack on top, as well as a black wheelchair assist bar attached to the rear bumper.

Arthur is a 74-year-old white male, 5'07" tall, 160 lbs has gray hair and green eyes. He normally walks with a cane and carries portable oxygen but is mobile. Arthur is known to  suffer from Dementia and PTSD.

Police are seeking to confirm his well-being. Anyone with information concerning his whereabouts should call 911 or the Springfield Police Department at 417-864-1810 or make an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers at 417-869-TIPS (8477).
