~ Spokane Police Department Seeks Assistance in Locating Wanted Suspect

The Spokane Police Department is seeking the help of the community in locating 19-year-old Javier Seaman-Buckenberger. According to Officer T. Leming, PIO for the department, multiple calls for service have been received in recent weeks and probable cause has been established to charge Seaman-Buckenberger with several felony crimes.

These charges include Attempted Kidnapping 1st Degree, Attempted Rape 2nd Degree, Assault 2nd Degree, Residential Burglary, Theft 2nd Degree, and two counts of Theft of a Motor Vehicle. The department is urging anyone who sees Seaman-Buckenberger or knows of his whereabouts to contact crime check at (509-456-2233) and reference incident number 2026-20086646.

Officer Leming also emphasized that the public should not engage with Seaman-Buckenberger as he is considered dangerous due to the violent nature of these crimes. At this time, there is no information indicating that he is armed. A photo of Seaman-Buckenberger has been released by the department for identification purposes.
