Six-Week Coaching Course Helps LDS Missionaries Who Returned Home Early Find Their Footing
Rezul News/10741744
Returning Stronger Coaching pairs a self-paced course with peer mentoring and family coaching for early returned missionaries nationwide
CEDAR CITY, Utah - Rezul -- RETURNING STRONGER COACHING has launched a new self-paced course for LDS missionaries who returned home early, giving families a practical starting point for one of the hardest transitions in missionary life.
Coming home early from a mission can leave a young adult feeling isolated, uncertain, or unsure how to explain what happened. The six-week program from Returning Stronger Coaching pairs short video lessons with reflection exercises and real next steps, walking returned missionaries through identity, purpose, and rebuilding momentum after an unexpected homecoming.
Each week also includes a segment from peer mentor Brooklyn Larsen, who returned early from her own mission. "People kept telling me it would just take time," Brooklyn said. "What actually helped was hearing from someone who had lived it and could tell me what to do next, not just wait it out."

The course was created by Jon Larsen, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 25 years of clinical experience. "Families often reach out after months of feeling stuck, wishing they had found support sooner," Larsen said. "This course exists so returned missionaries and their parents have somewhere to start the moment they're ready, rather than waiting for a crisis."
Returning Stronger Coaching offers the course as a standalone product or bundled with individual coaching at the beginning and end of the course. Additional coaching packages are available for returned missionaries and their families at a reduced price. All coaching is delivered virtually to families nationwide, and is offered as coaching and peer mentoring rather than clinical therapy.
