Sherry Orel Joins STS Capital Partners

Orel is a business leader and decorated CEO with over 30 years of varied C-suite experience. As a Managing Director at STS, she applies her innovative mindset, and her expertise in empowering business leaders, to help our clients achieve an Extraordinary Exit.

Orel has built several private and public organizations through organic growth, strategic partnerships, and M&A, and she has overseen businesses delivering over $1.5 billion in revenue. In her roles with Brand Connections, News Corporation, and Havas Worldwide, Orel secured or supported more than 25 add-on acquisitions and equity partnerships as an executive committee member, which resulted in transactions of over $1 billion.

Orel is also the founder of Next Level Catapult, an organization that supports businesses by coaching leaders to evolve their processes, refine their management operations efficiently, and prepare for significant business changes like an exit. Orel has worked with Fortune 500 clients such as Proctor & Gamble, Unilever, Nestle, Walmart, and Target; and she has successfully created and implemented strategies to drive long-term growth, innovation, investment, re-positioning, and reorganizing.
