Blaauwberg Group is a client of Karoo Lamb, who hold a capacity of 12 000 lambs. They deliver to Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban and are one of the largest lamb abattoirs. Blaauwberg Groups feedlot is situated just outside the Northern Cape, where animals are sourced from both Namibia and South Africa. The feedlot has the capacity to hold over 5000 animals and produces abattoir-ready cattle to help facilitate the process.

They source some of their lamb and beef livestock from the Groenland abattoir, which is only 80km out of Cape Town. Blaauwberg Group chose this abattoir so that their clients can enjoy a highly streamlined production line, allowing meat products to be processed faster. However, this is not the only abattoir that they make use of.

Their cold storage facility in the Western Cape has up to 2000 tons of storage capacity. They also provide blast freezing on request. The various products stocked in their cold storage consist of meat, poultry, fruit, dairy and fish products.
