~ Mesa City Council Releases Five-Year Capital Program for Public Review
The City of Mesa has announced the release of its Five-Year Capital Program for the fiscal years 2026/2027 to 2030/2031. As required by Section 606 of the Mesa Charter, a general summary of the program has been published and is available for public review.
According to City Clerk Holly Moseley, copies of the Capital Program can be accessed on the city's website at mesaaz.gov/government/office-of-management-budget/budget-documents. The program will also be open for inspection by the public at all times.

Residents of Mesa are invited to attend a public hearing on June 1, 2026 at 5:45 PM in the Mesa City Council Chambers. This meeting will provide an opportunity for interested individuals to voice their opinions and concerns regarding the Capital Program.
The City Council has ordered this hearing in accordance with Section 605 of the Mesa Charter. All residents are encouraged to attend and participate in this important discussion about the future development and growth of their city.
