Premier Commercial Expands Powerhouse Broker Team

NAPLES, Fla. - Rezul -- Commercial real estate brokerage leader Premier Commercial, Inc., a Lutgert Company announced the hiring of W.T. Pearson, Broker Associate. W.T., a commercial broker with 12 years of experience, has partnered with industry veterans, Andrew DeSalvo, MBA and Matthew Stepan, CCIM.

W.T. has been the Owner & Qualifying Broker of Pearson Commercial Real Estate Services LLC since 2017 and has extensive experience in the sale and leasing of office, industrial, and retail properties across all of Southwest Florida.

W.T., short for William Thomas, is a lifelong resident of Naples. He attended high school at the Community School of Naples and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado with a focus in Business Management  and Real Estate. W.T. is a recipient of the 40 under 40 award for Gulfshore Business (2022) and Business Observer (2017) and has served as a guest lecturer on commercial leasing and a student mentor at Florida Gulf Coast University.

W.T. is very active in the Southwest Florida community. He has a passion for giving back to the area where he grew up, as well as helping others to find ways to get involved to build a stronger community and economy. W.T. has specifically focused on the Leadership Collier Foundation (LCF) of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce where he has served in multiple leadership positions and is a current class member of the Leadership Collier class of 2024.

Additionally, W.T. has served in leadership roles for a number of local organizations including the Collier County Community Land Trust, Empowerment Farm, Relay for Life of Collier County, Habitat for Humanity Next Gen, the Greater Naples Chamber Classic and Public Policy Committee, the Urban Land Institute's Young Leaders Group Steering Committee, and he has also served on the Collier County Grant Review Committee.

Outside of his work, W.T. has a passion for the outdoors. When he is not brokering commercial real estate transactions or serving in community leadership roles, he can be found with his wife, Amanda, exploring the vast public land system in Southwest Florida or many miles offshore freediving.
