Built on a controlled heat delivery and thermal retention system, Elos's platform is designed to deliver consistent, long-lasting warmth. This expands Nufabrx's offering beyond textiles into adjacent product categories.

The acquisition builds on the recent launch of Nufabrx's compression socks, adding a complementary product that strengthens its position in the footcare category. It also supports Nufabrx's entry into the sports recovery market, while extending Elos beyond sporting goods into broader healthcare and clinical applications.

Elos founders Anthony Dragisics and Thunlwyn Garcia will join Nufabrx to lead business development and commercial expansion.
