Nufabrx embeds therapeutic compounds directly into fabrics to deliver continuous, targeted benefits through wear, while Elos Thermal provides patented temperature-regulating insole technology. Built on a controlled heat delivery and thermal retention system, Elos's platform is designed to deliver consistent, long-lasting warmth. This expands Nufabrx's offering beyond textiles into adjacent product categories.

The acquisition builds on the recent launch of Nufabrx's compression socks, adding a complementary product that strengthens its position in the footcare category. It also supports Nufabrx's entry into the sports recovery market, while extending Elos beyond sporting goods into broader healthcare and clinical applications.

"Elos gives us a differentiated, patent-protected product in a category that has seen very little innovation," said Glenn Normoyle, CEO of Nufabrx. Elos Thermal will operate as a business unit under Nufabrx Holdings and will be integrated into Nufabrx's existing commercial channels, with a focus on expanding distribution and refining its long-term go-to-market strategy.

Elos founders Anthony Dragisics and Thunlwyn Garcia will join Nufabrx to lead business development and commercial expansion.
