CLEVELAND, Oct. 1, 2024 ~ NexaMotion Group (NMG) has announced its latest expansion with the acquisition of 4M Parts Warehouse, a leading provider of premium auto parts for professional repair shops. The Texas-based company, founded in 1977, has 17 locations in North Texas and over 120 employees.
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, but NMG CEO Neil Sethi expressed enthusiasm for the partnership. "This is a significant acquisition in a key strategic market for NMG," he stated. "We're just getting started and this collaboration presents exciting growth opportunities for our team members."

As part of the acquisition, 4M Parts Warehouse President Lanny Martindale will join NMG as Vice President of sales and operations. Martindale shared his excitement about joining forces with NMG, stating that their strategic vision aligns perfectly with theirs. He also mentioned that this partnership will allow them to bring new product lines to their customers in the North Texas market.
This move further solidifies NMG's commitment to innovation and quality service in supporting automotive repair shops. With this new partnership, they are looking forward to expanding their presence in North Texas and continuing their rapid growth.
