NexaMotion Accelerates Growth: Strategic Acquisition of 4M Parts Warehouse Fuels Expansion in North Texas

CLEVELAND, Oct. 1, 2024 ~ NexaMotion Group (NMG) has announced its latest expansion with the acquisition of 4M Parts Warehouse, a leading provider of premium auto parts for professional repair shops. The Texas-based company, founded in 1977, has 17 locations in North Texas and over 120 employees.

The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, but NMG CEO Neil Sethi expressed enthusiasm for the partnership. "This is a significant acquisition in a key strategic market for NMG," he stated. "We're just getting started and this collaboration presents exciting growth opportunities for our team members."
