Mold Free Air Quality Testing; So What's The Catch

LOS ANGELES - Rezul -- WHAT DO YOU GET FOR FREE? Moldmen will come out and do a full inspection of your property, home or commercial. In the process of inspection, they will be doing an Air Quality test that will provide you with your own air quality score. This will tell you how clean or polluted your air is, and what associated health effects might be a concern for you. They will check the levels for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) such as certain solids or liquids, including paints and lacquers, cleaning supplies and disinfecting products, gasoline, benzine and formaldehyde. Carbon monoxide (CO including taking CO2 readings).

During inspection, IEC also uses Thermo Image equipment to see actually behind walls, ceilings, crawl spaces, and attic areas. All this vital information including the test results will be put into your report with their recommendations.

If sampling is needed for Mold, Lead or Asbestos, they will only charge $80 per sample. These samples are sent to a Certified Approved Laboratory with results within 24 hours.

IN CLOSING, if the final results show a serious mold problem, don't worry, IEC can provide you with a proposal for Remediation and Repairs.
