Metropolis Corp Launches VoiceLake, a Telephony Lakehouse Workload for Microsoft Fabric

Enterprise telephony data has long been one of the hardest datasets to work with. Call detail records, queue events, and agent metadata are scattered across proprietary formats from PBX and contact-center-as-a-service (CCaaS) vendors, and those schemas shift every time a vendor pushes an update.
