By regulating temperature and humidity throughout the entire facility, MetroMaxx provides consistent, year-round protection across all units, including during hurricane season.

The facility's comprehensive climate-controlled environment helps safeguard vehicles from heat, moisture, salt air and sun exposure, which can lead to mildew, corrosion, and interior or exterior deterioration. Vehicles stored at MetroMaxx benefit from indoor protection without the need for seasonal winterization. The facility was constructed 17 feet above sea level to also protect against flooding.
