Stipenda Appoints David Epstein as Chief Operating Officer

LONDON - Rezul -- Stipenda, a leading Employer of Record (EOR) and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) provider, today announced the appointment of David Epstein as Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective 1 January 2026.

In his role as COO, David will oversee Stipenda's global operations, strengthen operational scalability, and support the company's continued expansion across international markets.
