Rezul News/10726334
~ Mesa Public Library is once again spreading love and appreciation throughout the community with their annual Valentine's Day card drive. For the eighth year in a row, the library will be collecting valentine cards to be delivered to Mesa's assisted living residents.
Library Director Polly Bonnett shared, "Mesa Library's annual Valentine's Day card drive is about turning creativity into moments of connection. These events encourage community members to connect across generations through a shared act of kindness."
The library will be hosting valentine-making events at their full-service libraries on various dates throughout February. Attendees can join in on the fun and create their own valentines using supplies provided by the library. They can then choose to keep their creations or donate them to be distributed to assisted living residents by library volunteers.
