Medical Marijuana Treatment Clinics of Florida Expands to Miami
Rezul News/10330544
MIAMI - May 5, 2017 - Rezul -- Medical Marijuana Treatment Clinics of Florida (MMTC FL), a medical practice focused on helping patients receive medical marijuana, currently has opened 7 clinics in Florida cities. The newest clinic opened May 1 in Kendall at 7100 99th Avenue, Suite 204, Miami. A second Miami (Aventura) location is opening May 15 with plans to open two more MMTC Miami locations this year. MMTC's low pricing structure and easy access, to both doctors at physical locations and through telemedicine, are two reasons the company is experiencing such rapid growth. MMTC offers the telemedicine visits at no charge so patients can quickly establish the 90 day required doctor/patient relationship before receiving a recommendation as required by Florida law.
Dr. Joseph Dorn is the Chief Medical officer for the Medical Marijuana Treatment Clinics of Florida. He has worked in palliative and hospice care for the last 12 years and oversees all of the MMTC clinics. Dr. Dorn was the Medical Director for one of the original 5 MMJ licensees from 2015-2016, giving him a unique insight into Medical Marijuana in the state of Florida. He is currently one of only a small percentage of doctors who is a Florida Certified Medical Marijuana practitioner.
