The Boston Parks and Recreation Department has announced their Winter Fitness Series, which includes a range of classes such as Walking Group, line dancing, Bota Foga, Kids Dance Fitness, Strength and Balance, Tai Chi, Yoga, and more. She also acknowledged the partnership with the Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC) and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts that has made these free fitness programs possible.
Bisola Ojikutu MD, MPH, FIDSA, Commissioner of Public Health for the City of Boston also shared her enthusiasm for the Winter Fitness Series.
