Inner Strength Education Launches Spring Classes

Rezul News/10697088
PHILADELPHIA - Rezul -- Inner Strength Education (ISE), a pioneering organization bringing mindfulness and systems thinking to Philadelphia's youth, has officially launched its spring semester programs in partnership with six public high schools across the School District of Philadelphia. These transformative classes offer mindfulness and trauma-informed mental health supports for teens, empowering students to build inner resilience, emotional awareness, and self-regulation tools that enhance both academic and personal success.

ISE's evidence-based curriculum has served thousands of Philadelphia students since 2014 and continues to evolve to meet the dynamic mental health needs of youth. This spring, the organization is once again offering dedicated student retreats at Pendle Hill, a Quaker retreat center known for its tranquil, nature-rich environment that fosters reflection and connection.

"Our students are facing so much right now, both in and out of school," said Gaby Marques, ISE instructor at Lankenau High School. "The mindfulness tools we share give them space to breathe, reset, and connect with themselves. It's powerful to witness the transformation that happens over the semester—and even more so during retreats, where they feel safe to just be."
