Idaho: Filer to host Governor Little's 'Capital for a Day' event

Boise, Idaho ~ Filer, Idaho - Governor Brad Little's upcoming "Capital for a Day" event in Filer has been announced to take place on April 30. The event will be held at two different locations, starting at 10 a.m. at TruLeap Technologies on 400 Main St and then moving to Filer High School on 3915 Wildcat Way from 1:15 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Joining Governor Little at the event will be several officials, including Idaho Lt. Governor Scott Bedke, Idaho Superintendent of Public Instruction Debbie Critchfield, and Idaho State Department of Agriculture Director Chanel Tewalt. Other officials in attendance will include Mat Weaver from the Idaho Department of Water Resources, Dean Cameron from the Idaho Department of Insurance, Juliet Charron from the Department of Health and Welfare, Lori Wolff from the Division of Financial Management, Cally Younger from the Idaho Office of Energy and Mineral Resources, and Dave Kuisti from the Idaho Transportation Department.
