IAOP and HCL Announce Winners of the Red Ladder Women in Outsourcing Awards

WINDERMERE, Fla. - Rezul -- IAOP®, the association that brings together buyers, providers and advisors working in collaborative partnerships, in partnership with HCL, today announced winners of the Red Ladder Women in Outsourcing Awards. Winners will be honored during IAOP's annual Outsourcing World Summit, taking place February 17-19, in Orlando, Florida.

• Rising Star: Dynah Kent, Head of Buy-side Engagement and Offshore Outsourcing Operations, Institutional Investor Research

HCL's Red Ladder Awards are uniquely positioned to identify, recognize and award high performing and high potential women leaders, and leverage them as role models for other aspiring women. Launched in 2016 by HCL, the initiative has been well received across various fraternity and created a niche for itself at several industry platforms to honor women for their contribution to business.
