TALLAHASSEE, Fla. ~ TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - In a recent announcement, Governor Ron DeSantis has appointed two new members to the Florida Commission on the Status of Women. Taylor Schrader and Donna Wright have been selected to join the commission and bring their expertise and experience to the table.

Schrader, currently serving as the Assistant to the Governor and Director of Executive Staff in the Executive Office of the Governor, has a strong background in state government. With previous roles in various state government positions, Schrader brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to her new role. She holds a bachelor's degree in English from Auburn University.

Joining Schrader is Donna Wright, who currently serves as the Vice President of Development and Marketing at The Able Trust. Wright's previous experience includes serving as the Chief Operations Officer for the Florida Chamber Foundation and External Affairs Manager for the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Meredith College and a master's degree in special education and teaching from Florida State University.
