TALLAHASSEE, Fla. ~ TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - In a recent announcement, Governor Ron DeSantis has appointed Michael Hellman and Jeremy Rodgers to the Florida Commission on Ethics. Both individuals bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the commission.

Hellman, who currently serves as a Staff Attorney for the South Florida Police Benevolent Association, has previously worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office. He holds a bachelor's degree in history from Florida State University and a juris doctor from the University of Miami.

Rodgers, on the other hand, is currently a Field Chief Technology Officer for Armis. He has also served as the Chief Information Security Officer for the State of Florida and was elected as a City Councilman for the City of Boca Raton. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Rodgers is an active member of the United States Navy Reserve. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in computer engineering and is currently pursuing his doctorate in computer engineering from Florida Atlantic University.

These appointments are still subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate. However, with their impressive backgrounds and qualifications, it is expected that Hellman and Rodgers will make valuable contributions to the Florida Commission on Ethics.
