Governor Abbott Appoints Pearlson To Texas Department Of Information Resources

~ Austin, TX- Governor Greg Abbott has announced the appointment of Keri Pearlson to the Texas Department of Information Resources. Pearlson, a resident of Austin, will serve on the board for a term that will end on February 1, 2031. The board is responsible for overseeing and managing information resources within state government.

Pearlson brings a wealth of experience to her new role. She currently works as a principal research scientist at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her work has been featured in publications such as the Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, and The Wall Street Journal. She has also been published in various peer-reviewed outlets.

In addition to her work at MIT, Pearlson is also the founder and CEO of KP Partners. She serves as an independent board member for TMF Health Quality Institute and Barracuda Networks. She is also a member of the board of advisors for the Society for Information Management.

Pearlson's impressive educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University. She also holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Harvard University.
