Gardium Security Strengthens Its Technology Offerings by Integrating the THALAMUS Autonomous Robot

Rezul News/10743812
MONTREAL - Rezul -- Gardium Security and Glocal Robotics announce the signing of a partnership aimed at integrating the THALAMUS autonomous security robot into Gardium Security's service offerings in Quebec.

This agreement marks a significant milestone in the evolution of security services in Quebec. With the advent of artificial intelligence, autonomous robotics, and increasingly sophisticated detection systems, the industry is undergoing a profound transformation in its working methods.

The partnership will enable Gardium to integrate THALAMUS into some of its surveillance solutions, particularly for large construction, industrial, logistics, or high-security sites. In particular, THALAMUS will be able to autonomously conduct surveillance patrols over long distances, detect and document events, perform confirmations to resolve uncertainties, and transmit the information needed to analyze a situation to Gardium's teams in real time.

"Around the world, the security industry is at a turning point," notes Renato Cudicio, President of Glocal Robotics. "The advent of artificial intelligence and autonomous robotics represents much more than a technological evolution—it is a true paradigm shift. Security companies that can intelligently integrate these new technologies into their operations will have a significant advantage in the coming years."

For Gardium Security, the integration of THALAMUS is based on an approach where autonomous robotics enhances the capabilities of human teams. By continuously handling certain surveillance, detection, analysis, and documentation tasks, the robot allows security professionals to focus their expertise where it adds the most value: interpreting situations, exercising judgment, making decisions, and taking action.

"The integration of autonomous robotics represents a natural evolution of our service offering. Our goal is to make the best technologies available to our teams and our clients in order to improve site coverage, the quality of available information, and the effectiveness of our interventions," emphasizes Dany Laflamme, President of Gardium Security.
